Anime Role Language (the "App") is designed to respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the App handles. In short: the App does not collect any personal data.
None. The App does not collect, store on our servers, or transmit any personal information. It has no user accounts and does not require sign-in.
Your learning data — study progress, review schedule (SRS state), streaks, and settings — is stored only on your device. It never leaves your device unless you choose to export a backup file yourself. Deleting the App removes this data.
The App works offline. Pronunciation audio is bundled inside the App and played locally, so no network connection is needed for normal use. The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
The App offers a single optional one-time purchase to unlock all categories. Payments are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment information.
If you enable reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to us or any third party.
The App does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
